Profile

Grace was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2012 and commenced full practice after having completed pupillage with Mr. Kenneth CK Chow,  Mr. Kent Yee and Mr. Derek Chan (now Mr. Derek Chan SC).  She has a broad civil and criminal practice.  

Her civil practice specializes on equity & trusts and probate and administration, she has broad experience in areas such as company law, shareholders' right, contract law, employment law, matrimonial matters, conflict of laws, conveyancing, landlord and tenant, commercial fraud and personal injuries.  

She also routinely advises HK companies on compliance matters in relation to securities and listing.

In respect of alternative dispute resolution, Grace has represented parties as counsel in cross border arbitration in Hong Kong, Beijing and Singapore.

Apart from the above, Grace also has a strong interest in information technology and crypto law, stemming from her background in the IT field.

Grace is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.  She also has a working knowledge in Chiuchownese.
