Profile

Titus joined Chambers after completing pupillage with Mr Anthony Cheung, Ms Queenie W.S. Ng, Mr Oliver Davies and Mr John Marray. He is developing a broad criminal practice. 

Titus completed his LLB and PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He achieved Dean’s List during his LLB and was awarded the Wei Lun Foundation Scholarship. Titus went on to obtain his LLM at King’s College London with Distinction. 

Titus is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
