Charles was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2015 and commenced full practice after having completed pupillage with Mr. Valentine Yim, Ms Jennifer Tsui, Mr C.Y.Li S.C. and Mr Tony C.Y. Li (Now Mr. Tony C.Y. Li S.C.). Charles has a board criminal and general civil practice.

Charles works in all areas of criminal and market regulatory work. He has appeared on his own or as a junior counsel in all levels of court. He has full expereince in accompanying clients in investigation by law enforcement agency. His civil practice invloves matrimonial matter, contractual disputes, landloard and tenant dispute, land law, probate and administration.

Charles has worked at the judiciary and sat as deputy magistrate in 2022 and 2023.

Charles in fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
